  2. What is Praise and Worship Dance ? Praise Dance is a generic term adopted to define dancing before the Lord. You use your body as an  expression of a thought or idea through gestures and movement . Psalms 149:3 says Let them praise HIS name in the dance!

  3. Why Did I Decide To Continue The MBC Dancers Again ? Dancing is my passion Working with the youth gives them a chance to do something positive . Raises their self-esteem Keeps their bodies in shape

  5. What Have I Learned? Time Management Organizational Skills Patience in teaching the girls the dance

  6. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I have been able to keep the MBC Dancers running for 2 years I have become more experienced in creating a routine for the past two years

  7. Conclusion For me the past two years of doing the MBC Dancers has been a wonderful experience , and I hope that I can continue to lead the MBC dancers for many years to come !
