RTI Visit Feedback • Noticeable change was observed in regards to providing an academic setting and effective instructional practices • Much shorter transitions • Adequate pacing • Increased opportunities for students to respond • Increased active monitoring • Pre-assigned pairs • Increased feedback to students

  3. Polishers • Organization of written responses • Idea is a district notebook- perhaps a composition book with tabs • Higher expectations for overall neatness and neatness of handwriting

  4. Self- Reflection • Many times the strategies you are using during the most effective time of your day are strategies that can generalize to any content area • It is also probably the time of day you feel most confident, relaxed, rewarded, and good about yourself as a teacher • It would be interesting to know if this is also a favorite time of the day for the students…..
