  3. Mission Statement • To be able to utilize a focused approach to professional sales and possess a diverse portfolio of selling skills. To be a valued member of a highly skilled team. To reach new levels of profitability for our department and earn personal financial rewards.

  4. GOALS – Long Term • Import Tool to be recognized as number One in the market from both a market share and expertise stand point.

  5. Deadline to accomplish? • 3 years to 5 years

  6. Challenges I will face? • Highly experienced and skilled competition • Long time alliances

  7. How will I overcome these challenges? • Commit to become more skilled myself and utilize the skills and experience of my teammates. • Capitalize on my opportunities when my competition falters. • Relentless follow-up and industry exposure.

  8. How will I measure my progress? • My progress will be measured by our departments profitability.

  9. The first step I will take? • I will make my team aware of my focus and my vision and ask them to help me. • My a commitment to work towards these goals on a daily basis.

  10. Intermediate Goals • Plunger lift and gas lift department provide a reasonable rate of return on investment to Import Tool. • To accquire and maintain clients for customer base. • To establish what our attainable annual goals are?

  12. Challenges I will face • Working through negative exposure we have recently received • Building the customer loyalties we need, and consistently conveying the added value of Import Tool.

  13. How will I overcome these challenges? • Work with field sales and tech staff for constant communication in their and my day to day progresses • To look for, and build added value through customer response.

  14. How will I measure my progress? • I will measure my progress through return business from my customer base. • By adding new clients to our customer base. • Finding new applications for our products

  15. The first step I will take? • I will make a commitment to consistently call on existing clients for follow-up and relationship building. • I will ask for referrals • Research new prospects that are a good fit for our company.

  16. Short term Goals • Increase month to month the number of installs we do. • Increase service work opportunities. • Increase the number of people I am in front of weekly. • To know better where I stand in my accounts.

  18. Challenges I will face? • Proper organization • I will be competing with people with more experience, education and knowledge. • Prioritizing and being able to react quickly to situations that arise.

  19. How will I overcome these challenges? • Building on already good organization skills, and adjusting to making more efficient use of time. • Daily review of product and procedure information. • Spending time in field on installs and service work.

  20. How I will measure my progress? • Daily successes such as clients sending in wells for evaluation. • Number of appointments made with prospective clients.

  21. The first step I will take? • A rigorous approach to seeing clients and follow-up existing client base. • Daily research on our industry. • Getting out on field calls • Asking teammates for input on achieving our goals.

  22. Calgary Sales Forcast • Devon- very active right now with evaluations. I estimate 13 installs in the next 30 days. • EOG – been evaluating a well for pilot project, should go in next 2 weeks, many more base the success of this project.

  23. Calgary Sales Forcast • Imperial Oil – 2 new installs early February, 2 equipment moves. Very good relationship. • ExxonMobil – good over all relationship, I would like to know more where I stand. Good new contacts hoping to be fruitful soon.

  24. Calgary Sales Forecast • Taurus – installs coming up this week, have established excellent rapport downtown and in the field, more to come. • ISH Energy – we were recently given an opportunity, not real good applications, have established trust and more to come.

  25. Calgary Sales Forcast • Burlington - have good realationship with several contacts, they have been doing a lot with us lately. I would like to keep after them, and know better where I stand with them. • NCE – good contacts there, looking at 2 wells currently

  26. Calgary Sales Forcast • Calpine – good relationship, working fairly steady with them, looking horizontal well pilot program. • El Paso – have a good contact, looking at 1 well currently. • Signalta – 2 wells we are looking at running next week.

  27. Calgary Sales Forcast • BP – been working on steady for a year. We are getting close I think, to getting some work or all of it. So called agreement with IPS expires in May, we have some allies and we need to be in touch at the field level in a big way.

  28. Calgary Sales Forecast • Kanex – small company, 2 wells for early February. • Kensington – looked at 2 wells for them, 1 well is a good candidate. Pending • PennWest – 1 well pending, good contacts, more to come. Field help would be an asset.

  29. Calgary Sales Forecast • CNRL – we have great contacts downtown, but installs are driven from the field, and they have made that clear. We have recently missed opportunities there. This company has a big upside if they get on board.

  30. Calgary Sales Forecast • Samson – we have done a lot of evaluations lately for them and none have bore fruit. This is Calgary driven sales and I pursuing vigorously.

  31. Calgary Sales forecast • Anadarko – good contacts downtown, work coming in early February. • Encana – good contacts downtown, making progress, hoping for more opportunities soon. Would like more field feed back.

  32. Calgary Sales forecast • Bonavista – establishing good contacts downtown, looks like a couple installs coming up. • Baytex – good contacts downtown, doing some work with us lately more to come.

  33. Calgary Sales forecast • Conoco – have done it all for these guys, pilot project CEOIII where do we go from here. • Enerplus – I need more work here, where are we in the field. • Fairborne Energy – any field help here, have downtown contact.

  34. Calgary Sales Forecast • Greywolf – have downtown contacts, need field input. • Hunt – done an install recently, good downtown contacts. • Husky – excellent progress made with Dodsland installs more to come. Looking for input.

  35. Calgary Sales Forecast • Kaiser energy – good contact downtown, looking for field support, • Murphy Oil – have contact, looking for field support, needs more attention. • Marathon – have alliances with IPS, I have new contact and new life there. Need field input.

  36. Calgary Sales Forecast • Nexen – no success here yet, I now have a contact, looking for input. • Northrock – have good relationship and have been doing work for lately, looking to build relationship.

  37. Calgary Sales Forecast • NAL – have contacts, not a relationship yet, looking to improve our presence there. • Progress – have good contact there, done some work for them recently, looking for more. • Petrovera – have contact there, looking for a way in there.

  38. Calgary Sales Forecast • Provident – need to re-build this relationship. • Paramount – have contact downtown, need field support. • Petro-Canada – the best plunger company is not getting the work, the salesman is.

  39. Calgary Sales Forecast • Pioneer – have contact downtown, not much luck in there yet, maybe not much application. • Pengrowth – must put bigger focus on this company, I’m missing out possibly and I have contacts, field support.

  40. Calgary Sales Forecast • Rocky Mountain Energy – have done work for recently, have contact and buliding relationship. • Shell – have contacts, looking for input, sour service interests. • Star Oil – have downtown contact, looking for field support.

  41. Calgary Sales Forecast • Thunder Energy – have downtown contact, we recently installed for them • Tom Brown – have contacts downtown, looking for field support. • Talisman – have downtown contact, need field support

  42. Calgary Sales Forecast • Vintage Petroleum – have good contact downtown, looking to get more plunger work. We have done and have jobs pending in gas lift. • Vermillion – have good contact downtown, need field support.
