Explanation of processes

Explanation of Processes

  • Cup tips, ball falls onto track.

  • Continues falling onto 3 consecutive tracks.

  • Falls off of final track into cup which is balanced on a seesaw.

  • A wire is tripped by seesaw which initiates the other side of the device.

  • Marble drops off of ledge, then falls onto slanted track with dominoes.

  • The marble then knocks over a cascade of dominoes and proceeds to knock over our Big Kahuna domino.

  • The Big Kahuna domino then knocks over a cup spilling a marble into the counter-weight.

  • The Counter-weight drops and slams into a calculator simulating the human motion of slamming one’s fist into a calculator to turn it on.
