  4. Company’s Mission • Royal Pen’s mission is to improve student readiness by providing students convenient locations to purchase school supplies.

  5. School Supply Distribution System (SSDS) • Royal Pen can serve a school by installing and operating a school supply distribution system (SSDS). An SSDS consists of one school supply vending machine and multiple pencil and pen vending machines.

  6. School Supply Distribution System (SSDS) SSDS School Supply Vending Machine Pencil & Pen Machines Pencil & pen machines will be located at a variety of high traffic locations in order to provide students easy access to writing supplies. The vending machine will distribute a variety of school supplies such as notebooks, highlighters, index cards, post-its, markers, and more. The supplies will be tailored to fit the needs of the students & teachers. Additionally, the machine will be located in the commons area.

  7. Keys to Success • SSDS incorporates the following: • Multiple Machine Locations • One-Stop Shop • Small Footprint • Affordability • 24/7 Service • Simple Fundraising

Pencils will be sold at $0.25 cents and pens at $0.50 cents. • Simple Fundraising • No cost on the school to install, operate, and refill the SSDS. • No school faculty needed. • 20% sales commission from monthly sales will go to the school’s fundraiser fund.

  13. Middle School Fundraiser Profit Model Chart • The profit chart assumes that each student within the designated % will buy one pencil per month. • Sales commission set at 20% • Annual school year is calculated at 8 months.

  14. Elementary Fundraiser Profit Model Chart • The profit chart assumes that each student within the designated % will buy one pencil per month. • Sales commission set at 20% • Annual school year is calculated at 8 months.
