  3. Culto es vano si no es conforme a la palabra de Dios. Lev. 10:1, 2; Mat. 15:9 “en vano me honran … mandamientos de hombres”. • Worship is vain if not according to word of God. Lev. 10:1, 2; Matt. 15:9, “in vain they worship me … commandments of men.”

  10. NT no dice “tener música” (como “ir” a pie, en carro), sino cantar -- forma específica de la música (hacerarca de “madera” de gofer). • NT doesn’t say “have music” (like “go” on foot, in car), but sing – a specific form of music (build ark of gopher wood – not just “wood”).

  11. “Es una ayuda como el himnario”. “Bicicleta me ayuda a caminar mejor”. No; es otro modo de “ir”. Piano es una adición al culto. • “It’s a help like a hymnbook.” “Bicycle helps me walk better.” No; it’s another way to “go.” Piano an addition to the worship.

  12. “Pero cada persona debe usar el talento que Dios le da”. ¿Silbar? ¿Cocinar en el local? Hay muchos talentos que no son para el culto. • “But each person should use the talent God gives him.” Whistle? Cook in the church building? There are many talents that are not for the worship.

  13. “El término psallo, Efes. 5:19, requiere que se use instrumento porque significa ‘tocar’”. ¿Todos deben tocar? En NT es “cantar”. • “The term psallo, Eph. 5:19, requires that instruments be used because it means ‘play’.” Everyone must play? In NT it’s “sing.”

  14. El “Papa” de Roma introdujo instrumentos en las iglesias de Europa en el año 670 y la mayoría de las iglesias humanas le siguen. • “Pope” of Rome introduced instru-ments in the churches of Europe in 670 and the majority of human churches follow his lead.
