Summary • Learning Well continues to expand its presence in Marion County schools providing care to over 23,000 students in 87 schools in FY 2010 • Over one-third of the children in Marion County had access to a Learning Well clinic • Over 40% of children in schools with Learning Well clinics visited it at least once in the 2009-2010 school year. • Students received various types of health care including counseling and screening

Evaluation Plans • Examine ways to measure the impact of the clinics on academic outcomes • Estimate the return on investment of Learning Well clinics for the community and the funders • Continue to improve the quality of the data used for evaluation • Repeat the annual Learning Well evaluation for the 2010-2011 school year • Share the results of the Learning Well clinic studies with other program directors and researchers
