    2. Terms Used Government Plans- plans of state or local government and any of their subdivisions, agencies and instrumentalities Tax exempt- plans of tax exempt organizations, excluding churches and governments

    3. A 457 Plan is a “Nonqualified" deferred compensation plan is a plan maintained by an eligible employer and subject to the rules of §457 and its regulations.
