  2. Intensive Districts and Blocks • 19 Intensive Districts with 28 Intensive/Resource Blocks identified for FY 2013-14. • Works started in 20 Intensive/Resource Blocks (13 RB/7 IB) • 10000 SHGs have been formed

  3. Recruitment of M&E staff • Project Director and Manager M&E at SPMU Level placed. • 14 Managers M&E placed at district level. • Professionals are being recruited through deputation through Govt department/Open Market • Data Entry Operator Placed at each Cluster in Resource/Intensive Block

  4. Training on MIS Efforts being Done • Monthly meetings with Managers (M&E) • Trainings were conducted for Managers(M&E) and computer operators on Sakhdarpan Outcomes • Almost all SHGs are being registered simultaneously on Sakhdarpan

Existing System • Database: ‘Sakh Darpan’ (www.sakhdarpan.net); • Type of Database: Web based software • No. of Validated SHG: Approximately 10000 • Documentation/Books of Record as recommended by SERP, Andhra Pradesh, adopted • Flow of data- from SHGs to PFT and to Computer Operator for entry on Sakhdarpan for MIS.

Concurrent Progress Monitoring • Monitoring indicators based on the work plan identified and draft formats prepared • Draft formats were discussed with the SPMU staff and the DPMs during the meeting held on 28 December, 2012 and comments given were incorporated • The formats were also shared with World Bank • 2 technical persons proposed at SPMU for effective implementation of MIS • Some modules to be added, • Tranisory MIS rollout –application to transfer data

Concurrent Progress Monitoring • The progress of RRLP is being monitored through progress reports • Analysis of progress report on a monthly basis , being put up to higher authorities/WB to help in data based decision making • Weekly review is also being done. • The Analysis gives an overall status of the project against the targets & also suggests measures to improve performance /progress based on the data

  10. Process Monitoring • Complement progress monitoring and enable bringing about qualitative improvements in project interventions. • Sent ToR for process monitoring to WB for their approval • Process monitoring to be done this year

  11. Impact Evaluation • Baseline Study for RRLP has been done & the report Submitted. • Baseline Study for NRLM is yet to be taken up. ToR has submitted to NMMU for approval.

  12. Support Required • Training by NMMU/WB on M&E • Sharing of Manuals/Core parameters and their definitions • Guidance on uniform MIS. • Format for EoI/ToR.
