  2. Background Construction: • Received $ 1,392,047.00 Federal Funds (2014) • City’s cost is 5.7% $ 65,125.00 • City’s design cost at 100% $249,517.00 • Construction in Fall 2014 Design • City has contracts with Wood Patel, Stanley, Harrington Planning & Design and EEC (forthcoming).

  3. Terms of IGA (State) • Be the designated agent • Review the design plans, specifications, and provide services for construction bidding and construction administration • Submit all documentation to FHWA

  4. Terms of IGA (City) • Prepare the design plans, specifications, and incorporate ADOT comments. • Provide post-design services. • Certify all necessary ROW acquired • Pay any City requested changes to Project, and cost above federal funding level • Maintain and assume full responsibility of the Project upon completion.
