实验一 植物的光合速率测定 ---改良半叶法. [ 原理 ]. 植物叶片的主脉两侧对称部分叶面积基本相等,其形态和生理功能也基本一致。 用物理或化学方法处理叶柄或茎的韧皮部,保留木质部,以阻断叶片光合产物的外运,同时保证正常水分供应。. 将对称叶片的一侧取下置于暗中,另一侧留在植株上保持光照,继续光合作用。一定时间后,测定光下和暗中叶片的干重差,即为光合作用的积累的干物质量。 通过公式计算出光合速率。. [ 材料、仪器、药品 ]. 1.材料:薄荷叶片。
