Rappel de la procédure SAV • Toute pièce défectueuse doit être systématiquement retournée chez PHILIPS pour expertise à l’adresse suivante (en cas de quantités importantes –ex:10 projecteurs ou lampes- il n’est pas nécessaire de retourner la totalité des défectueux mais au moins 3 ou 4 pour un test fiable): PHILIPS LIGHTING SAV 33, rue de Verdun 92156 Suresnes Cedex Et prévenir systématiquement par mail en priorité Mr El Amrani/ou Mr LEFEBVRE (coordonnées plus bas) • La demande s’accompagne d’un écrit préalable -un mail suffit- qui mentionnera le n° de commande/magasin rattaché + la nature du problème (PHILIPS enverra sans attendre la pièce de remplacement pour la bonne conduite du chantier) • Lorsque problème sur une quantité critique (ex: 20 projecteurs) il est fortement recommandé d’effectuer au préalable ne vérification de la tension réseau (variations éventuelles)et/ou d’éventuels harmoniques.
