Major Lessons learnt • The lack of involvement of some partners (civil society, NGOs, developmental associations) weakens the process toward the development of indicators • For the last three years there has not been a stand alone micro plan for social mobilization. Social mobilization was incorporated in the overall NIDs micro plan • Though the social mobilization indicators are relevant for a better monitoring and evaluation of the results, they are have not been systematically used. • The involvement of leaders in the resolution of refusal cases is an important success factors Présentation du Tchad , Reunion TFI, Dakar: 5-7 avril 2008
