IMO Audit Findings - IT’s • As per Market Rules, IT’s must be Measurement Canada approved or operating under Measurement Canada Temporary Permit - which expires May 1, 2004 • IT’s must be operating on the MC approved tap and within the burden and rating factor limits • Number of installations consisting of MC approved IT’s but not operating on the MC approved tap. IT’s listed on MC Temp Permit. • Number of installations have non MC approved IT’s and are not listed on the MC Temporary Permit. Subject to compliance.

IMO Audit Findings - IT’s • Meter installation consists of distribution transformers for VT’s (non MC approved and no accuracy rating). • May or may not be on MC Temp Permit • In some cases, distribution transformers are also used as station service transformers. • Auto transformers used in CT circuits of some meter installations. • Unable to determine IT accuracy in some cases.
