Differencebeetweenprimary and secondary • Primary school is not EPLE no self-government • Depends of municipality financing • Circonscription Inspectorate teachers immediate superior • Director is not teachers immediate superior . Only administrative task. • School board, same constitution but has not decisions power.

  13. externalsecondaryschoolevaluation:TOOLS • National Tests and exams for Pupils: • to verify the acquisition of SCCC( year 5, 8 , 12) • National diplomaexamination :DNB,Bac and CAP TeachersEvaluation: -1 or 2 grades if they’re in Primary or Secondary -by the Inspector and by the headmaster (only in secondary) -depends on a national assessmentgrid
