Highlights • Updated SMP to accommodate planned and foreseeable development while protecting shoreline functions • New shoreline environment designation maps • Existing development “conforming” • Flexible buffer and mitigation options • Updated standards for shoreline armoring and overwater structures • Updated aquaculture standards • Public access points identified
