  2. Most people are already aware of Plagiarism and its legal consequences, but they avoid and break the rules by copying someone's website content. In case you are caught copying with other content in school or at the college level, then the authorities can take serious action and it may lead to your suspension or failure in that class. The same applies to your job and career, if you are found to copy someone’s project or data then it may lead to your failure and career ruined.

  3. Are you aware of legal consequences? Can you sue a company or a person who is copying your content from the website? What will be the punishment? Well, the answer depends on the situation.

  4. Copyright defines the exclusive rights of a person or a company for their original work. When you use plagiarized content, picture or anything else, then you violate all those rights and disturb it. However, everything available on the internet is not copyright. For example: if you use source while writing content then it will not be considered as plagiarized. Likewise, some ideas and facts are not secured by copyright and thereby they can be used by any user.

  5. In other words, plagiarism is copying someone’s work (content) while copyright infringement aims to use original work. If a user copies someone’s content or modifies short passages without attribution, then it is short of plagiarism. Most of the people use Anti Plagiarism Software Indiato avoid plagiarism in their work but, not everyone.
