  • Goal 1. To continuously improve the process of teaching and learning through examination of curriculum, instruction and assessment Pre K-12

    • To develop and implement a coherent and articulated Pre K-12 curriculum

    • To implement and expand instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners

    • To demonstrate improved student performance through the use of a variety of assessment tools

  • Goal 2. To continuously improve communication between, among and with the school, home and community

    • To improve vertical and horizontal communication and collaboration among school staff

    • To engage families to be proactively involved in their child’s education Pre K-12

    • To reach out to the community to involve them in the educational process

    • To develop an effective and viable educational model that supports the present and future developmental and learning needs of all our students

  • Goal 5. Develop a space needs plan

    • To develop a plan to address the facility needs as a result of the changes in population

    • To develop a plan to address facility needs that reflect the district’s educational model
