  • Tides

  • there's low tides and high tides

  • low tides is when most of the water is gone, high tides is when theirs heaps of water.

  • Tides are rise and fall of the sea levels caused by the combined effects of the gravitational forces exerted by the Moon and the Sun and the rotation of the earths movement when the moon travels around earth.

T ides

This is tides when they come towards the sea shore.

Time and Tides

The same shore is hard to recognise at different tides. Although there may be only a couple of metres difference in the water level between high and low tides, the area of the shore affected by the tidal change may be much greater.

T ides

This is the distribution of tidal phases

T ides

This is like a cycle of the moon first quarter moon, neap tide full moon, spring tide third quarter moon, neap tide new moon, spring tide. Sun
