  3. Int’l Alternative Spring Break (iASB) • No plans for spring break? • Join us for an experience that will change your life! Cost: ~$1,600 Length of Time: 8 days Academic Credit: Yes! 1 credit hour per trip. Trips in Spring 2012: Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Nicaragua & Peru Approximate Deadline:Lottery is around the end of November

  4. Short-Term International Service-Learning Courses • Blend travel, academic coursework, and service. • Class meetings in Spring ;travel May-August (2-5 weeks). Cost: ~$1,600 to $5,500 Length of Time: 2 -4 Weeks Academic Credit: Yes! Varies based on course between 3-9 credits. Spring/Summer Course Destinations: Uganda, Wales, Russia, Germany, Mexico Approximate Deadline:Deadlines vary, typically around January

Int’l Partnership for Service-Learning & Leadership (IPSL) • Allows students to participate in service-learning programs for academic credit. • Offers 9 undergraduate service-learning programs in 8 nations -- 3,000 students from 400+ U.S. institutions have participated! Cost: $5,000 to $15,000 Length of Time: Varies from 1 month to 1 semester Academic Credit: Yes! Amount depends on program of study and duration of time. Program Locations: Ecuador, France, Italy, Ghana, India, Thailand, Spain, & Peru Approximate Deadline: depends on program location

  6. International Community Development Initiative (ICDI) • This program allows you to be connected with a non-governmental organization (NGO) in country. • Receive course credit, do community-based research, or complete a service-based internship. • Grow personally and professionally!
