Discussion/Comparison & Cluster ID - We narrowed down our phage to fall within Cluster K using the (PET) website. - After determining our cluster, we were able to narrow down a sub-cluster in which we determined to be K1. - Examples: Adephagia, Angelica, Emerson, & Amelie. - In comparison to the other four clusters that fall under cluster K, we found that a few of the other Restriction Digestions had cuts under “ClaI” in the K4 Sub-cluster. - Cuts of “BamHI,” & “HindIII” under K5 Sub-cluster.
