Tall overview Virtual Orientation for each level (optional) Two virtual meeting times Course Objectives Course Overview Navigation of LMS Bronze Level-recommended for advisors within the first 12 months Silver Level-recommended for advisors within the first 24 months Gold Level-recommended for advisors within the first 36 months

Bronze level-5 Weeks (august and November) Course Content: • Week 1-HOSA Basics • Week 2-Membership • Week 3-Bylaws, advisor role, and HOSA Week • Week 4-Chapter officers, meetings, and fundraising • Week 5-Program of work and competitive events Activities: • Introductions • Weekly topics to review • Weekly discussion forum

  5. Silver level-4 Weeks (July and October) Course Content: • Week 1-Attending conferences • Integration of HOSA • Week 2-TALLO and CE • Week 3-Marketing and recruiting • Week 4-HATS and community • service Activities: • Introductions • Weekly topics to review • Weekly discussion forum

  6. Gold level-3 Weeks (September and January) Course Content: • Week 1-Attending WLA and leadership skills • Week 2-Chapter management • Week 3-Funding POW and CE • Week 4-Unique opportunities at state level and engaging health industry Activities: • Introductions • Weekly topics to review • Weekly discussion forum

  7. HOSA TALL Advisor Participation Virtual Orientation (optional)=1 hour Introduction to class=1 hour Reviewing course content=1-2 hours Discussion Forums=1-2 hours List of assurances=1 minute Course evaluation=5 minutes Approximate weekly time investment=3-5 hours

  8. Proposed Timeline • Beta Test 2019 • Enroll 1st class by December 6, 2019 • Begin Bronze January 6, 2020
