  3. Directions • Cut off the bottom of the water bottle. • Use scissors to cut slits into the water bottle. • Curl the slits. • Add eyes using a permanent marker. • On the legs of the octopus, add commitments you will make to reduce your plastics consumption. • Share with your group.

  7. Plastic Bottle Brick Awards • There is someone that helped you get here and made your trip possible. How about we recognize them by making a plastic bottle brick award. We encourage that groups do this together because of the limited number of bottle bricks. • Use the construction paper at your table and share the tape so that you can put a band around your bottle with a nice message and your signatures.
