  3. Preparation Please follow the information provided to perform the complete disassembly procedure of the notebook. Be sure to use proper tools.

  6. 1.Disassemble Keyboard from machine Loose screw*3(M2*5mm) from lower. M2*5

  7. 1.Disassemble Keyboard from machine Turn machine and open LCD, disassemble Keyboard module from machine.

  8. 1.Disassemble Keyboard from machine Turn machine and open LCD, disassemble Keyboard module from machine.

  9. 1.Disassemble Keyboard from machine Open Keyboard connector and pull out Keyboard FFC, remove Keyboard module from machine.

  10. 1.Disassemble Keyboard from machine Open Keyboard connector and pull out Keyboard FFC, remove Keyboard module from machine.

  11. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Turn on power FFC connector & Touchpad FFC connector of Main board side. Pull out Power FFC & Audio/b cable connector & Touchpad FFC of Main board side.

  12. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Pull out Audio/b cable connector.

  13. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Pull out Touchpad FFC connector of Main board side.

  14. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Pull out Power FFC connector.

  15. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Loose screw*10(M2*5mm) from lower. M2*5

  16. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Turn machine and open LCD, loose screw*7(M2*5mm) from lower. M2*5

  17. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Two hands remove upper from machine towards up directly.

  18. 2.Disassemble upper module from machine Two hands remove upper from machine towards up directly.

  19. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine a. Power Board Loose 2 latches of power board’s connector, and take it out.

  21. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine a. Power Board Loose screw*2 of the power board and take it out.

  22. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine b. Audio board and Bluetooth Take out Audio board connector.

  23. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine b. Audio board and Bluetooth Take out Audio board connector.

  24. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine b. Audio board and Bluetooth Disassemble the connector between Audio board and Bluetooth .

  25. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine b. Audio board and Bluetooth Loose the screw of the Audio board and take it out.

  26. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine b. Audio board and Bluetooth Loose the screw of the Audio board and take it out.

  27. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine b. Audio board and Bluetooth Loose the Blouetooth board and take it out.

  30. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine c. Touchpad Pull out the connector between touchpad and main board.

  32. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine c. Touchpad Loose screw*2 from touchpad key and put it out.

  34. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine c. Touchpad Loose screw*1 from touchpad panel and put it out.

  35. 3.Disassemble upper components from machine c. Touchpad Loose screw*1 from touchpad panel and put it out.

  39. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card a. Battery Pull out the cable connected between battery and main board.

  40. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card a. Battery Loose screw*4 from battery and put it out.

  41. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card a. Battery Loose screw*4 from battery and put it out.

  42. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card b. HDD Pull out the connector between HDD and main board.

  43. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card b. HDD Lift up the HDD and pull it out.

  44. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card b. HDD Lift up the HDD and pull it out.

  45. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card b. HDD Pull out the HDD IO connector.

  46. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card c. RAM Release the two white latches, the RAM will pop up.

  47. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card c. RAM Pull out the RAM.

  48. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card d. W/L card Pull out 2 antenna of the W/L card.

  49. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card d. W/L card Loose screw*1 from W/L card and it will pop out.

  50. 4.Disassemble battery & HDD &RAM & W/L card d. W/L card Pull the W/L card out.
