Lutfi Gafar Aman High School History Lutfi Gafar Aman was established in 1845 in Aden –Crater as a British soldiers regiments then in 1858 it was turned into the first primary school in Aden and it was called (Regiment school). It was aimed to find a qualified generation to be used in social services and to be influenced and effective in their community and their lives, but all those efforts had been failed and (Regiment school) was closed at the end in November 1860.

Lutfi Gafar Aman High School In the eighties Lutfi Gafar Aman High School was established as a males school cause there were a very shortage of male schools in the district, in fact it is the only male school in the area .It was planed to be a secondary school, that means From 10th class to 12th class. -It was called (Lutfi Gafar Aman) after the name of the great Yemeni poet (LUTFI GAFAR AMAN). -Now Lutfi school situated at a very big and crowded people district called (Sira )which is a very important and has the biggest population zone in Aden the economical capital of Yemen. -Lutfi School has solved a very big problem for those students who can’t go far away of their homes to study ,so this school was being persuaded the males to complete their education to help themselves, their families and their country.

  4. School Data Learning classes -Lutfi School works for two shifts, morning starts from 7:30 a.m till 12:30 p.m that shift involves the tenth classes ,and the second shift starts from 12:30 p.m till 5:00 p.m .Both of them take break time for half an hour

Lutfi Gafar Aman Management • The manager of the school: Name:Ayesh Ali Mohammed Kadri -Mr. Ayesh Kadri is the manager of Lutfi Gafar Aman High School since 2007, which means that he was the manager of the school. He has a B.A from faculty of economic and commerce –Aden university. He is married and has got five daughters. –Mr. Ayesh participated in many courses and programs related to improving the educational skills and communications in Education field. -Mr. Ayesh is a good and helpful father for all Lutfi School students as well as he is a great brother for all the staff in the school, he treats them with respect as an educated, experienced leader. He really did his best to achieve all success in the school.

  10. Non-class activities There are some non class activities in our school such as this exhibit that the students arranged about our lovely city (Aden) which every one participated.

  11. Non-class activities Here is another activity that the students arranged which is a comedy play talks about the difficulties that the teachers and the students are facing during the learning process.
