FY 2012 Budget • Typical GSA budget request for new construction usually around $1.7B • In FY2012, GSA requested $840M for all capital projects, with LPOE’s accounting for $370M. • Draft Senate Bill (S1573) has Only $65M allocated for new construction. • Draft House Bill (HR2434) has $0 allocated for new construction.
