  3. EU FP7歐盟科研架構計畫第七期簡介 • 歐盟FP計畫(Framework Programme)始自1984年。 2007至2013年為FP計畫第七期,即FP7。 • FP7擬投入預算高達532億歐元,約為2兆4000億台幣。 • FP計畫希望強化歐盟的創新研發能力,提供會員國旗下產官學界研發經費及平台服務。 • FP7的短期目標為傳承FP6,建立「歐洲研究區域」;長程目標則欲發展歐洲成為以知識為本的經濟與社會體。

ICT NCP Taiwan Coordinator Team • 計畫主持人:陳良基副院長/國立台灣大學電機資訊學院 *Major Research Areas:DSP IC Design, Video Signal Processing, Bio-SignalProcessing. • 協同主持人:陳光禎所長/國立台灣大學電信工程學研究所 *Major Research Areas:Wireless Broadband Communications, Nano-Communications and Computations. • 協同主持人:金仲達主任/國立清華大學資訊工程學系 *Major Research Areas: Distributed systems, Networked embedded systems. • 協同主持人:詹寶珠主任/國立成功大學電機工程學系 *Major Research Areas: Neural Networks, Digital Image Processing, Medical Image Processing, Fuzzy system, Computer Vision.

ICT NCP Taiwan Missions Missions • Disseminate information about the ICT theme in FP7 (opportunities and rules); • Provide advices and consultations to R&D organizations and scientists; • Provide assistance in partner search (ex. building or entering a consortium through exchanging visits) Tools • By spreading information during info-days; onwebsite; newsletter • By organising workshops,international conferenecefor potential and current participants • By facilitating the access to the Ideal-ist platform and the NCP network
