  10. Get to know your meeting room Time & Weather - Hover over someone’s cube to display his local time and weather. Background - Choose from a set of iMeet landscape or cityscape backgrounds Profile Cube- Personalized with your contact info, bio, photo and social/ business apps. Active Talker- A green glow shows who’s currently talking. Room Name - Click to give your meeting room a special name or customize for every meeting. Main Menu Bar Single click to access all your main host and meeting controls.

  11. Manage your Profile Your iMeet profile cube. Everyone gets their own cube showing presence in the meeting – and it glows when you talk. Control your meeting right from your cube. Ask a question, or step out for a minute. Click anyone’s cube in the meeting to Spotlight (enlarge). Personalize your cube. Your iMeet cube provides a nice overview of who you are. Populate your profile by clicking the “i” to add photos, your bio and customize your room options. You can also link to your social media networks and cloud apps including Evernote, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. One-to-One Or Group Meetings

  12. Connect your Audio There are 3 ways to connect your audio starting from the menu bar. CALL MY COMPUTER Connect through your computer’s VoIP with or without a headset. CALL MY PHONE iMeet will dial-out to your phone. No need to memorize access number or passcodes. DIAL-IN Provides a choice of access numbers and audio key so you can dial-in from any phone One-to-One Or Group Meetings

  13. Meeting Productivity Share a file. Share your screen. To Share a file - Select SHARE from the menu bar. Select SHARE A FILE. Choose your file and click SHARE. To Share your screen - Select SHARE from menu bar. Select SHARE MY SCREEN. You’ll be prompted to decide on the quality of your screen share – speed or clarity. You can also pick which screen you want to share. Pass Control - While presenting a file, click the icon. 2. Select the guest to pass control.

  14. iMeet Notes. Take notes for yourself or for everyone without ever leaving iMeet. Share those notes via email or sync with Evernote so you’ll never forget critical action items. One-to-One Or Group Meetings
