Production Capacity &Technology 生产能力和工艺 公司具备金属型重力铸造、压铸、低压铸造和砂铸工艺生产能力。同时拥有大型加工中心和高精度数控加工设备及其配套的辅助机械设备，可年产各类铝合金铸件1000吨。 We have gravity die casting, pressure casting, low-pressure casting and sand casting. Meanwhile, with largemachining center and high precision NC processing equipment, we can finish kinds of aluminum castings over 1000tons.

  7. Workshop & Equipments 铸造车间设备 铸造车间拥有中频电炉、电容保温炉、燃气熔铝炉、燃气保温炉、固熔炉、时效炉、抛丸机、射芯机、覆膜砂造型机、真空浸渗等各类专用辅助设备，可满足客户对铸件质量的差异化需求. Casting workshop has many kinds ofmaintenance facilities such as intermediate frequency furnace, Capacitance holding furnace，Gas aluminum melting furnace,Gas holding furnace，solid solution furnace, aging furnace, shot blasting machine, sand blasting machine, Coated sand moulding machine, vacuum dip, can satisfy customers different requirements on the quality.

Workshop & Equipments 铸造车间设备 铸造车间拥有大型立式、卧式重力浇铸机,大型低压浇铸机和280吨、500吨压铸机，可生产重量0.01kg-200kg硬模铸件，可生产重约1吨的砂型铸件。 Casting workshop has large vertical, horizontal gravity casting machine, large low-pressure casting machine and 280ton, 500ton pressure casting machine, can produce weight between 0.01kg-200kg die casting, and sand castings weight around 1 ton.

  9. Workshop & Equipments 加工车间设备 机加工车间拥有进口大型加工中心和国产数控车床、数控铣床及辅助设备50余台。 Machining workshop has large machining center and numerical control lathe, milling machine and other equipments over 50 sets.

Quality 产品质量控制 公司一贯重视产品质量，严格遵循ISO9001质量体系要求，建立了完善的质量控制体系和产品可追溯系统。配备了先进的检测设备，可进行成分化验、尺寸、机械性能、无损探伤等各项检测。对出口欧洲的产品完全按照欧洲标准生产和验收。 We value the quality of our products constantly, strictly follow ISO9001 system requirements, and build quality control traceability system. We have advanced test equipment that can do chemical composition test, dimension, mechanical property, non-defection test and so on.
