  2. Hello my name is Caoimhe Kilmartin my topic is Captain Cook for short he's real name is captain James Cook. Hope you like my speech. • Captain Cook was born on October the 27th in 1728. He died, in Hawaii in 1779, that means he was alive for more than 50 years. • He died in Hawaii after a fight broke out between the native Hawaiians and the Europeans • Does anyone know that he was the greatest explorer in the 18th century. • There are plenty of amazing things he has done. I wont list all of them because I would be here forever.

  3. Captain Cook survived going to Newfoundland, Labor, and Nava Scotia. • His wife Elizabeth Battswas alive from (1742-1832) means she was alive for 90 odd years that is a good age. • He had 6 children • He attend at a village school one of the most popular they had back then.

These are some of the jobs he had • a shop keeper for 18 month’s • he was on ships transporting coal along the coast England. • He discovered East Coast of Australia in 1770 and named the area Botany Bay. • He was the first person to go around New Zealand on his ship called the Endeavor hope you liked my speech from Caoimhe Kilmartin
