  1. You know India is a popular country for its traditions and culture. It is one of the best tourist places in the world where people from all around the world. India has many top tourist attractions like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Shimla, Chennai, Kerala etc. There are so much things to explore in these cities and the best is the street foods of traveling and experiencing a city. Every city has it's own specialty like Vada Pav from Aamchi Mumbai, Kulche Chole from Dilwaalon ki Delhi, Phuchka or Gughni of city of joy Kolkata. You would love visit India again and again just to have the bite of these sumptuous savouries. But this is actually not possible, so what to do for a longing heart that need the same food again which you cannot get in your own town? Cook yourself at your home obviously. So, here are some top Indian street foods and their recipe that you can easily make at your home. 1)Chaat No matter where you are in India chaat is the most common and the most popular dish you will find in almost every street in India. The simple plateful of sweet, tangy, spicy, savoury, colorful chaat is a favorite amongst people of all age groups. If you will find nothing in a locality, you would definitely going to find a chaat stall nearby. See the chaat franchise in India. There are many types of chaats like Aloo Tikki Chaat, Samosa Chaat, Raj Kachori Chaat, Matar Chaat, Dahi Papari Chaat, etc. All these are very easy to make and just takes few minutes. Here is a recipe of Aloo Tikki Chaat. For this you will require:- Boiled mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, boiled yellow pees, green chili, chopped onion, shev, roasted cumin powder, coriander leaves, tamarind chutney.

  2. How to make?  Heat oil in a pan and make tikki. Used the mashed potatoes to make tikki and then deep fry them in hot oil until it turned golden brown.  Now crush the tikkis and add boiled pees.  Now sprinkle salt, black salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, onions, and pour tamarind chutney for the sweet and tangy flavor on the top.  For garnishing use coriander leaves and shev and serve hot and spicy Aloo tikki chaat. 2)Vada Pav This is the Indian burger that you would specially found it in Mumbai. It is the specialty of Mumbai. This is just like the burger and very easy to make. You can get a tangy and spicy taste in the this Indian burger. Here is a recipe of Vada Pav. Ingredients: Bun, coriander chutney, besan or gram flour, potatoes, red chili powder, salt, chaat masala, How to Make?  Boiled potatoes and mash it.  Take besan in a bowl and mix salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, and hing, mix it well.  Make small bowls with boiled mashed potatoes and dip it into the besan batter.  Heat oil in a pan and dip fry the potato balls into it.  Cut the bun from the middle and pour green coriander chutney on it and sprinkle chaat masala then place the vada packed in the middle of the bun or pav.

  3. 3) Egg Roll Chinese dish with a desi tadka would surely one thing that every Indian loves to eat. If you too want to try the fusion of chinese with desi Indian tadka then, Egg Roll is what you must try at home. This is very easy to make and will only take 15 minutes. Ingredients: Egg, all-purpose flour, tomato ketchup, black pepper, salt, onion, grated carrot, green chili, vinegar, soya sauce, How to Make?  Take all-purpose flour or maida and make a dough and make a chapati.  Now heat a pan or tawa and prepare chapati.  Now prepare the filling. Heat a pan, pour some oil and add green chili, carrot, and onion. Add salt, red chili powder, soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup and fry it till cooked.  Break the egg and sprinkle salt and black pepper and place the chapati over it.  Spoon the filling on the chapati and add some raw onions and roll it. Serve it with tomato ketchup. 4) Bhel Puri It is one of the most beloved street foods or can call the time-pass snacks for the Indians which they enjoy while sitting in the park or while roaming in the road. This is also a very easy thing to prepare at home. Puffed rice tossed with potatoes and sweet tamarind chutney, this is a sweet, savoury and salty street food that you can easily prepare at home.
