Maintaining Independence

  • It is critical to our members that we maintain an operational independence from statutory services to ensure they feel able to fully express themselves

  • We acknowledge that the JCT respects our independence, even when this can be challenging for them

  • Previous issues have tested and shown this relationship to work e.g. NHS financial Cuts
