  1. Lindsay Lohan set aside her real-life drama long enough to show up on the set of her new Lifetime movie, \"Liz & Dick,\" on Tuesday. In her latest off-screen adventure, Lohan crashed her rented Porche into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, California, while on her way to the set Friday -- particularly odd since a limo hired to drive her to and from the set was following her car. Interestingly enough, Lohan, who will be 26 on July 2, is approximately the same age as Taylor was when she gave an Oscar-nominated performance in 1958's \"Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.\" (6/12/2012)

  2. \"Liz & Dick\" focuses on the legendary movie star's rocky romance with fellow movie star Richard Burton, from their brief first encounter in 1954 to his death in 1984. The two were married from 1964 to 1974, and then again from 1975 to 1976. While the casting of Lohan is questionable, the script \"isn't terrible,\" according to The Daily Beast, which obtained a copy of the production script dated April 3. One of Lohan's scenes reportedly depicts an incident where Taylor and Burton, who'll be played by \"True Blood's\" Grant Bowler, were surprised by the paparazzi while skinnydipping at an Italian villa in the '60s.
