  4. Card Activation As a cardholder, you should first activate the card by calling the number on your card. You will be prompted to input: • Your16-digit account number • Zip code – 91768 • Last four digits of the social security number associated with this account. REMEMBER – it is not your personal S/S number. Input 5555. • Input your preferred business phone number. • Your card is now activated and ready to use. Card Activation

  37. Reallocate a Transaction When you reallocate a transaction, you are changing the accounting information from your default Chartfield String to a different Chartfield String. This should be a CFS that you have authorization to use. Transactions can be reallocated completely to a different CFS or can be split into multiple Chartfield Strings, either by percentage or by specific amount. Transaction Management - Reallocate

  44. Cancel a Dispute You can easily cancel an unresolved dispute. If you cancel a dispute, keep in mind that the transaction is automatically settled in favor of the merchant. After you cancel a dispute, you can also re-dispute the transaction. Transaction Management – Cancel a Dispute

Cancel a Dispute Disputed transaction To cancel a disputed transaction: • Navigate to the Transaction List from the Transaction Management link. • Click the transaction date link for the disputed transaction you want to cancel. The Transaction Management: Transaction Detail screen displays with the Summary tab open. • Tip! Disputed transactions display with a D icon to indicate that they were disputed. The D icon remains even after the dispute has been resolved or cancelled. Transaction Management – Cancel a Dispute

  46. Cancel a Dispute • Review the dispute detail and make sure the “Dispute Status” is “Unresolved”. • Click the “Cancel Dispute” button. A confirmation message displays Disputed Status Cancel Dispute Transaction Management – Cancel a Dispute

  47. Cancel a Dispute • Type comments in the “Cancellation Comments” field. You have up to 40 alphanumeric spaces for your comments. • Click the “Yes, Cancel Dispute” button.   49. Approve a Transaction Once you have viewed the transactions that fall within the billing cycle and confirmed the appropriate chartfield string, you must approve the transactions and forward them to your approving official. Transaction Management - Approval
