  6. Our Core Beliefs Children exposed to an integratedcomprehensive creative and performing arts program will excel academically and will find opportunities to enhance their learning. Children applying learnedskills in the classroom, as practiced in the Micro Society, will become future leaders and responsible adult members of our community. Children who learn good work and study habits, respect for authority and others, and wear a school uniform will demonstrate higher behavioral standards. Children who use technology will intensify thinking and learning.

What Do Students Gain? “Children who become successful bankers, lawyers, business leaders, and those who distinguish themselves in non-academic venues, can use the new data they generate to recalculate their self-worth. Every venture and agency one establishes creates at least one leadership opportunity, and many create multiple positions of responsibility at other levels that children can vie for. Daily life in Micro Society affords students with occasions to demonstrate heart and competence, display courage, define character and build a community in which they are stakeholders.” These are the workers and business leaders of tomorrow! - George Richmond Founder of Micro Society
