  2. RANK MIGRATION How Your Achieved Requirements Will Be Carried Forward to the Enhanced Compensation Plan * Applicable to all ranks ** For monthly RSP maintenance, rank advancement and/or rank maintenance

  3. Your 2017 Sales Week Calendar Month is a group of weeks formed by a 4-4-5 week pattern per quarter. If a year has 53 weeks, then the last quarter will have 4-5-5 instead. *Launch of monthly requirements.

RANK MIGRATION SCENARIO Migrated Gold Stars • 50 Personal RSP/Month • Migrated Gold Stars must have 50 Personal RSP from • Week 18-2017 (22 April 2017) until Week 30-2017 (21 July 2017) • to retain Gold Star pay rank from Week 31,2017 (22 July 2017) for the • entire Month 8 (Weeks 31, 32, 33, & 34). • NOTE: Migrated Gold Stars who failed to achieve 50 RSP within the above-mentioned period, will be demoted to Silver Star rank in Month 8 for a duration of 1 month. • Migrated Gold Star is the default status given to those IRs registered and qualified before 17 April 2012 (QINFINITE). Under the Migrated Gold Star status, IR is given a Title and Pay Rank of Gold Star in the Main Plan with no additional requirements to achieve on a quarterly basis.

  5. RANK MIGRATION: GENERAL RULES When an Achieved/Maintained Pay Rank’s end period falls on any week after the launch of the enhanced Compensation Plan, we will have their ranks effective until end of the month where that week falls.

  6. RANK MIGRATION SCENARIO If you are an IR who has achieved the standard Gold Star rank advancement / maintenance requirements: • AchieveGold Star rank requirements and upgrade pay rank to Gold Star from Weeks 23-35. • Pay Rank as Gold Star is extended until end of Month 9, Weeks 36, 37, 38, & 39 (FREE MAINTENANCE)! • Monthly Gold Star rank requirements start from Month 9 to maintain Gold Star Rank in Month 10. When an Achieved/Maintained Pay Rank’s end period falls on any week post-launch, we will have their rankseffective until end of the month where that week falls.

RANK MIGRATION SCENARIO If you are an IR who has achieved the standard Q1 Platinum Star rank advancement requirements: • Achieve1st Quarter of Platinum Star rank requirements from Weeks 10-22 only. • Pay Rank is Platinum Star in Month 8, Weeks 31, 32, 33, & 34 (FREE MAINTENANCE). • Monthly Platinum Star rank requirements start from Month 8 to maintain Platinum Star rank in Month 9. For IRs who have achieved 1st quarter Platinum or Diamond, we will give their Pay Rank as that rank for only 1 month post-launch. Once the monthly maintenance kicks in, IRs can start achieving/maintaining the monthly requirements.

  8. RANK MIGRATION SCENARIO If you are an IR who has achieved the standard Q2 Platinum Star rank advancement requirements: • Achieve 2 consecutive quarters of Platinum Star rank requirements. The 2ndQuarter is from Weeks 14-26. • Pay Rank is Platinum Star from Month 7, Week 27-30 to Month 9, Weeks 31 – 39 (FREE MAINTENANCE). • Monthly Platinum Star rank requirements start from Month 9 to maintain Platinum Star rank in Month 10. When an Achieved/Maintained Pay Rank’s end period falls on any week post-launch, we will have their ranks effective until end of the month where that week falls.

RANK MIGRATION SCENARIO If you are an IR who has achieved the standard Q1 Diamond Star rank advancement / maintenance requirements: • Achieve Diamond 1st Quarter requirement from Weeks 2-14 only. • Pay Rank is Diamond Star in Month 8 - Weeks 31, 32, 33, & 34 (FREE MAINTENANCE). • Monthly Diamond Star rank requirements start from Month 8 to maintain Diamond Star rank in Month 9. For IRs who have achieved 1st quarter Platinum or Diamond, we will give their Pay Rank as that rank for only 1 month post-launch. Once the monthly maintenance kicks in, IRs can start achieving/maintaining the monthly requirements.

RANK MIGRATION SCENARIO If you are an IR who has achieved the standard Q2 Diamond Star rank advancement / maintenance requirements: • Achieve 2 consecutive quarters of Diamond requirements and Pay rank as Diamond from Weeks 16-28. • Pay Rank as Diamond Star from Weeks 29 to 41 is extended until end of Month 10, Weeks 42 & 43 (FREE MAINTENANCE). • Monthly Diamond Star rank requirements start from Month 10 to maintain Diamond Star rank in Month 11. When an Achieved/Maintained Pay Rank’s end period falls on any week post-launch, we will have their ranks effective until end of the month where that week falls.

  11. RANK ADVANCEMENT TO SAPPHIRE Achieving the Sapphire Star Rank An IR must achieve all requirements within Month 8. Once achieved, the IR will be given the Sapphire Star Rank in Month 9.

  12. RANK ADVANCEMENT TO BLUE DIAMOND Achieving the Blue Diamond Star Rank An IR must achieve all requirements for 3 consecutive months (Months 8-10). Once achieved, the IR will be given the Blue Diamond Star Rank inMonth 11.
