Employment Readiness Priority:Measuring Community Need Community Need Defined: • Supply (educate) enough students to meet employer demand • Avoid oversaturation in the region • Provide programs when there are NO suitable alternatives for students Example metric: Supply & Demand Job openings – Completions = Community Need for Programs

  4. Nursing: Local Supply and Demand

  5. No matter how many different Associate’s programs you offer, more than 60% of your graduates will come from just 10 of those programs.
