  2. Introduction • 4.1 Introduction-must be logical and must have knowledge.

  3. 4.2 LOGICAL WRITING STYLE 1. Write in simple sentences. • Sentence must have subject, correct verb and object. • “Koobswill takethese notes to the lecture” • 2. Sentences may be long also. • 3. Paragraphs must link to each other.

  4. 4.3 WRITING SUMMARIES • 1. Read cursorily to find key idea. • 2. Read with understanding. • 3. Reread and underline main points. • 4. Prepare first drafts of main points. • 5.Count the words. • 6. Reread and add or remove unnecessary words. Count again. • 7. Read summary and improve style. • 8.Correct errors. • 9. Reread original and summary to make sure all important poits are included. • 10. Leave the summary for a few days, reread and if satisfied, submit.
