  1. EUAC Conference 2013 – Billund, Denmark Accommodation

  2. A Choice of Accommodation… The most obvious place to stay is the Legoland hotel since this is also the conference venue. However, Denmark is expensive and the hotel is no exception. We have got the best deal we could manage for you, but there are cheaper alternatives. Please note: it’s good to book your flights early because the longer you wait the more expensive the flights will be! Here are some accommodation possibilities:

  3. The Legoland Hotel….. Hotel LEGOLAND in Billund Aastvej 10DK-7190 BillundTel. + 45 7533 1244 Fax + 45 7535 3810E-mail: hotel@legoland.dk Rooms cost DKK 850 per person per night, including breakfast. This is roughly equivalent to €110 although the exchange rate could vary. Be sure to mention the EUAC conference when you make your reservation or you won’t get the discount price!

  4. The Legoland Village The Legoland Village offers a choice of alternative accommodation. This varies from camping to chalets. Camping may be ok for hardy types but don’t forget that Denmark in late October can get cold at night! Details follow, but have a look at the website for a complete overview of the possibilities: www.legoland-village.dk

  5. Legoland Village Chalets….. There are several types of chalet available. In general they have 4 beds although there are 5 bed chalets available. They range in price from DKK700 to DKK900 ( approximately €94 - €121) per chalet per night and vary in size from 18 – 25m2. You will need to rent bed linen and towels and you will need a camping card (available from the Village office at a cost of DKK110 (roughly €15) per person). Please note that breakfast is not included and will cost DKK70 (roughly €9) per person per day. For details or to make a reservation please contact Legoland Village: Tel: +45 75 33 27 77 E-mail: info@legoland-village.dk Website: www.legoland-village.dk
