  6. Insulated Supplemental Heat Piping, To reduce heat loss to end users.

  7. Plant 2 Radiators Re-Piping and Valves, Reducing Excess Pipe To Make System More Efficient.

  8. Intercooler Radiators Re-Piped to Reduce Excess Piping, And To Make System More Efficient

  9. Plant 2 Cooling System Radiators Re-Piped and Valved to Reduce Excess Pipe, Making system more efficient.

  10. New Piping and Heat Exchanger, For Supplemental Heat System.

  11. One Of the 8” Tie Lines Between Plant 1 And Plant 2 Cooling Systems. The Other to Be Added This Week 1/29-2/1-07.

  12. 8” Pipe Penetration Into Plant 2, Second Pipe to Be Added This Week.

  13. Insulated Supplemental Heat Piping, reducing Heat Loss to End-Users.

  14. Insulated Pipe And Heat Exchanger For Supplemental Heat System.

  15. Narrative SummaryProject No. 216-06Work Completed as of 1/30/2007. • VFD’S Set In Place Conduit Ran. (To Be wired in Feb. 2007) • 8” Piping and Valves installed For Plant 2 Cooling System Upgrade. Remainder to be installed by March 1st. 2007. • Supplemental Heat Piping and Heat ExchangerInsulated, to reduce Heat Loss to End-Users.

  16. Work to be Completed in Spring of 2007. • 6” Fuel Line Extension from Header to New City All Tide Dock. • Replace Tank Farm Liner Completed by 7/15/2007. • Install 2 Ea. Pad Mount Transformers For Station Service. • Install 2 Ea. Caterpillar 3512C Generator sets, Units 14 and 15. (Units ordered) Expected Arrival by 7/2007 Installed by 12/01/2007. • Projects are on Schedule and on Budget, as of 1/30/2007.
