Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice….In the final analysis, love is not this sentimental something that we talk about, it’s not merely an emotional something. Love is creative, understanding goodwill for all.

  8. Government and NGOs can facilitate the development and expression of care and compassion in a neighborhood or community. Care and compassion will drive lived democracy. Government cannot love peoplePeople can love people
