  4. Investment projects 1. Production of new types of polymer products and consumer goods. Period: 2017-2021 years Cost: USD 840 000 • equipment — USD 730 000; • construction and installation works — USD 110 000. Objective of the project: Expansion of the assortment of consumer goods. The assortment of products is represented by small and large-sized household and garden household goods that are in high demand and widely used in everyday life and agriculture. Expected resultsfrom the project implementation, both in kind and in value: 1500 thousand tons p/a and of UZS 11,25 billions.

They are divided into open, tower and fan. Changing the operating modes of enterprises and increasing the cost of fresh water requires urgent measures to increase the profitability of production, reduce unproductive expenses and reduce production costs. The main buyers are the greenhouse economy of the region and regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In Uzbekistan, this product is widely used by Korean and Turkish manufacturers with a width of 6000 mm to 12,000 mm with a service life of more than 2 years. Expected resultsfrom the implementation of the project, both in kind and in value: 15 thousand tons p/a and UZS 11.25 billions.

It is designed to strengthen roadblocks, steep slopes and embankments. Strengthening and reinforcement is its main function. Geogrid is a flat polymeric or geosynthetic mesh material, supplied in the form of rolls. Depending on the features of the production of road mesh, several of its types are distinguished. The main goal of the project is to meet the needs of road construction. Expected resultsfrom the implementation of the project, both in kind and in value: 3 thousand tons p/a and UZS 2.25 billions.

The main buyers are construction contractors using polyethylene pipes of various diameters for water supply, sewage system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Services and the private sector. Expected resultsfrom the implementation of the project, both in kind and in value: 3 thousand tons p/a and UZS 22.5 billions.

The specific strength of basalt fiber is 2.5 times higher than the strength of alloyed steels and 1.5 times the strength of glass fibers. The weight of 1 kilometer of composite reinforcement (Basalt plastic reinforcement) with a diameter of 8 mm is only 65 kg compared to 400 kg of metal fittings. Investment projects 8.Test-experimental laboratory for the production of various composite materials from polymers Period : 2024 Cost: USD2.5mln. • equipment- USD2.4mln; • construction and installation works -USD0.1mln Objective of the project:The laboratory being created is equipped with the most modern highly automated technological and research equipment with computer control systems, including a specialized pilot production line for the production of melt calibrated jumps, film adhesives and binders that are not inferior to the best world analogues, as well as equipment for thermomechanical, thermogravimetric, dynamic mechanical analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning and translucent electron microscopy, X-ray and IR spectroscopy, gas and liquid chromatography, mass spectroscopy, and rheological and mechanical evaluation.

As a rule, modern polymeric materials (composites) are multicomponent systems, depending on the task, the type of additives and the nature of the polymer, the content of additives can vary from a fraction of a percent to 95%. It is used for production of hollow large plastic products made of polyethylene. Interest in this method is high due to the ability to obtain the largest, most complex and most robust products. Briefly, the process of rotational molding can be described as follows: uniform distribution of molten raw material along the internal surface of the tooling (roto shape) when it rotates in two planes. The method of rotational molding in the production of large plastic products - rotomolding is simple and allows you to achieve the production of high-quality products with a low price and excellent technological properties. Expected resultsfrom the implementation of the project, both in kind and in value: 6 thousand tons p/a and UZS 4.5 billions.

In other words, it is a plastic sheet consisting of two layers joined together by internal stiffening ribs in the form of honeycombs. The material has good heat-insulating, translucent properties, lightweight, shockproof, resistant to corrosion. This type of product, used to transport various types of liquid and gas over long distances under high pressure, has a number of advantages over metallic products. First of all, the reinforced pipes are not susceptible to corrosion and can last about 50 years, as well as polymer reinforced pipes are of low weight, which greatly simplifies the transportation and laying of the mains. New detergents for special purposes are significantly different in composition and action from their predecessors. This is often a mixture consisting of a large number of different components, the basis of which is a synthetic detergent surfactant. It gives the product a clearing ability and a high biodegradability threshold, even in cool and hard water. All detergents are divided into means for washing laundry, soaking, household and special needs. In addition, they differ in their aggregate state and are available in the form of: liquid gels, powders or granules, pastes. Expected results from the implementation of the project, both in kind and in value: 0.5 thousand tons p/a and UZS 3.75 billions.
