WORK THAT MATTERS Aged & Community Services • Recession proof • 9th biggest Employer in Australia • Employs nurses, gardeners, chefs, allied health practitioners, counsellors, leisure & lifestyle staff, domestics, care workers not to mention receptionists, finance staff, human resource personnel, managers, quality improvement experts, project officers, service coordinators, occupational health and safety officers, clinical education consultants, trainers and research associates etc • Primary role is to help enhance health, wellbeing and independence older people and younger people with disabilities and their informal carers
