  3. Why I chose This painting I chose this painting because, as a Catholic, this means a lot to me. In this painting, it shows Jesus sacrificing his life for us, in order to purify us all from our sins.

  5. Why I chose this painting I chose this painting because it resembles a person looking up to God, and praying to him. As a Catholic, I pray everyday, so this painting could represent me as if I was speaking to God.

  7. Why I chose this painting I chose this painting because it shows Christ in power over all of the people. I also admire how it shows the Three Marys arriving to anoint Christ’s body.
