  2. Urgent Care Consultation • From 1st October 2013 through to 24th December 2013 • CCG Board will make a decision in January taking your views into account • Looking for your views on how urgent care should work locally • Over 1000+ surveys received • Spoken with 800+ people

  3. Urgent Care Consultation Further drop in sessions: • Thursday 12th December – 12noon to 2pm @ Dudley Council plus • Thurs 12th December - 6.30pm to 8pm @ Stourbridge Town Hall • Tuesday 17th December - 6.30pm to 8pm @ Dudley College

Patient Participation Groups • 30/49 practices have a PPG • 10 practices setting up a PPG • 4 development sessions have been facilitated • We have a Patient Opportunity Panel (POPs) – made up of 1 or 2 representatives from each PPG • 5th December is POP/PPG event with practice staff & CCG Board

Choose Well • Unwell and not sure where to go – look at our Choose Well guide • Range of local NHS services available – it doesn’t have to be A&E • You will also be able to download the free Choose Well app for iPhones and Androids for information about the nearest GP, walk-in centre, dentist, pharmacy, and A&E department wherever you are in Dudley from the 20th December 2013. • For more information go to www.dudleyccg.nhs.uk/choose-well/
