  2. A great deal of consideration has gone into the design of the OCF form component. PMP offers superior features not available on the HCAI web application or in other software….

  3. PMP offers the ability to create OCF forms within the patient file. Create and edit forms when it is convenient for you.

  4. MVA tab Forms are created and maintained on the MVA tab in Patient Information.

  7. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan Some fields are populated with existing information pulled from the patient file

  12. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan Part 7 of the OCF 18 is where ICD-10-CA codes are selected.

  16. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan There are many ways to select codes from the list: 3) type keywords or part of keywords into the blank field below Description. Type part of the word, such as sub for subluxation. You can choose two keywords - separated by a comma

  18. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan Part 12 Proposed Goods and Services is where CCI and GAP codes are chosen.

  22. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan PMP assumes codes starting with 1, 2, and 6 should be added to sessions, but you control all item that are or are not added to sessions.

  25. PMP offers the ability to Save your list of Goods and Services for future use on any patient.

  26. Make sure your list includes costs and practitioners before saving. Click Save Goods

  27. Type a name for this list of Goods and Services and click Save.

  28. To load a list into a NEW form click the Load Goods button.

  29. To view the contents of a list before selecting, click the plus button to the left of the name.

  30. Select a list by clicking the description and choosing Load these Goods and Services.

  31. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan Here are the ‘loaded’ Goods and Services. Make any changes to practitioners or costs before continuing.

  32. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan Some fields are required on forms. PMP has validation rules that must be met before finalizing a form. Click Test Form

  33. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan Tabs that do not pass validation rules will be marked with a red X. Fields will be highlighted in yellow.

  34. OCF 18 – Treatment Plan When you have completed inputting data click the Save as ‘Draft’ button.

  35. To view or print existing forms click View / Print Form

  40. OCF 21 – Invoice The OCF 21 populates with information input into OCF 18, 22, or 23. Complete this form in the same manner as the OCF 18.

  41. OCF 21 – Invoice The Goods & Services tab differs from OCF 18 tab in a few ways: Codes can be selected from a Treatment Plan by selecting Apply Codes from Plan

  42. OCF 21 – Invoice The Blue titlebar at the top of each set of calendars show the services assigned on the Treatment Plan. Click on the calendar to select the dates for each service.

  43. OCF 21 – Invoice Goods and Services can be selected from the treatment plan in seconds. No more time consuming printing or waiting for page changes on the web!

  44. OCF 21 – Invoice Another way to add Goods & Services to an invoice is by selecting one and then choosing Duplicate this Line Item.

  45. OCF 21 – Invoice Duplicate this Line Item will copy an item as many times as you wish to dates you specify.
