  3. Unitat 6. Malaltia i salut. Immunologia EL CONCEPTE DE SALUT Segons l’Organització Mundial de la Salut (OMS), la salut és l’estat de complet benestar físic, mental i social, i no tan sols l’absència de malalties o trastorns.

  4. Unitat 6. Malaltia i salut. Immunologia IMMUNITAT Des del punt de vista biològic, s’entén per immunitat la resistència que presenten els organismes a les infeccions i a l’entrada de substàncies estranyes. S’estableixen dos tipus d’immunitat:

Immunologia CÈL·LULES IMMUNITÀRIES Les cèl·lules immunitàries tenen la funció de reconèixer els agents estranys i destruir-los directament mitjançant fagocitosi o bé mitjançant diverses reaccions humorals. Els diferents tipus de leucòcits es poden agrupar en dues sèries: la sèrie granulocítica i la sèrie agranulocítica.
