  3. Impact to Report Recipients • Changes to the distribution method • Changes to existing reports • Added new reports to monthly package

  4. Distribution Method • No multiple emails and attachments. One email provides hyperlink to network folders. • Account administrators cannot opt out of receiving the monthly emails-for compliance and subcertification purposes. • Changes to recipients made through existing forms and processes; to change - • SOA delegates: DEFINE Departmental User Access Form • Account Administrators: Unit and Account Request Form

  5. Network Folders • 3 main folders: Unit level, Subdivisional level, & Divisional level • Access to unit level folders is restricted to the designated unit delegates and administrators • Access to subdivisional & divisional folders is available to individuals with financial responsibilities at those levels. • You must save reports to your own network folders • only the most recently closed month and prior month reports will be available in the Cognos folders.
