Study Environmental Science Across the Curriculum using the coral reefs and rain forests of Fiji as your classroom. Dr. Richard Murphy of Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassador of the Environment and Professor Jill Caporale of NOVA will explore Environmental Science and the state of the oceans in this unique field course. Dates in Fiji July 9 – 17 (plus a pre and post trip meeting and travel) Estimated Cost: $2446 plus air and tuition (may vary due to number of students ). This course is geared for individuals of all disciples and designed to increase your understanding of the ecological concepts and relationships between humanity and nature, with a focus on how our society can create more sustainable communities.  We encourage students and teachers of all disciplines to join us for this unique experience, exploring the natural world, discovering fundamental environmental concepts, and investigating connections - between cultures and between academic disciplines. This program is designed to have relevance to all majors and address the greatest challenge our species has ever faced - sustainable living.
