How We Did It….18 Districts! • Year 1: Initial Facilitation with First 6 Districts for Phases I & II. • Individual superintendent meetings • Districts ranged from CI to Excellent w/Distinction • Value of Decision Framework & Value-Added Component • Data-based decision making became the driver. • Year 2: County-wide Participation (20 Districts). • District Superintendents’ Endorsements • Expertise of TCESC Supervisors • CCIP Implications • ARRA $$$

Year 1: Phases I & II Re-prioritized our work Committed to scheduled team prep time Developed a year-long plan for District OIP Team Collaborated with SST5 and other regional partners Attended all ODE trainings. Year 2: Phases I – IV OIP became the priority for entire organization Revised facilitation timeline Utilized past experiences to streamline the process Attended ODE trainings Balanced our work to meet year 1 and year 2 district needs.
